Client Relationship Manager

With 9 years of progressive experience in human capital management, Justin serves as a Client Relationship Manager with The RightThing (an ADP Company). As a seasoned human capital expert Justin’s experience is comprised of recruitment, project management, and training for a diverse set of public and private organizations.

As a Client Relationship Manager, Justin provides a consultative approach in developing and implementing staffing initiatives, process improvements, candidate communications, and facilitates team and hiring manager interaction. Justin is known for achieving high levels of client satisfaction for companies such as Dow Chemical Company, Cooper Tires, Praxair, and Siemens Canada.

Prior to joining The RightThing, Justin spent 3 years with Aon Hewitt as a Human Capital Consultant where he achieved a high level of success. His responsibilities focused on projects for the Transportation Security Administration, Chrysler Automotive, and Pike Electric. Prior to Aon Justin owned and operated Carter and Associates, a consulting firm with clients ranging from Saks Fifth Ave, Jacobs Technology, and 3m.

Justin has received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Alabama with a focus on Human Resource Management and a Master of Art in Leadership from Bellevue University.
