What I hope to gain from this program

Healthcare is a tumultuous industry in times of healthcare reform as well as the ongoing changes in accreditation and regulatory body expectations. A program dedicated to human capital management will help me to continue to align human resources management as a strategic business partner by exposing me to tools to really provide a solid human capital strategy that aligns with the organizational strategies.
