Kristina L. Wolff

Sales and Relationship Management
First Data

Kristina Wolff has been in the Financial Services industry since joining First Data in 1988 and holds a B.S. degree from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from Bellevue University. She has served in a number of positions across First Data, including Call Centers, Fraud Management and Risk, Product, Operations, Clients Services, Information Technology, and most recently Sales and Relationship Management.

Her professional career outside of First Data includes a position on the AIM Institute Board of Directors. She also volunteers as an instructor for the IT Leadership Academy, with a specific focus on training IT Leaders on Innovation and Creativity.

Kristina is active in the Omaha community and serves on the boards of both faith-based and academic organizations, concentrating on youth development and community involvement.

As I pursue my doctorate in Human Capital Management, I hope to apply my studies to enhancing my leadership style and practices. I look forward to absorbing new information, meeting a network of folks that are dedicated to advancing the science of managing human capital, and contributing to the learning of others.
