Jeff Dahms

Director of Organizational Learning and Development
Boys Town

My name is Jeff Dahms and I am the Director of Organizational Learning and Development for Boys Town in Omaha Nebraska. I currently have a BS and a Masters in Education. I have been dedicated to learning and development for over 11 years, starting first as a middle school science teacher and eventually working my way into the corporate and non-profit fields.

Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to witness firsthand how an intentional investment in my team’s development and the alignment of human capital strategies to business outcomes can have a powerful impact.

I believe it is my responsibility as a practitioner of Organizational Learning and Development to help organizations define their human capital assets and influence the design of their investment strategy. I believe Bellevue’s Human Capital Management program will provide an opportunity for me to become an expert within my organization, a trusted peer within a community of learning leaders, and a source of information for future practitioners. In short, it satisfies my two greatest passions, learning and teaching.

I have been married for almost 12 years and have three wonderful children. My family keeps me motivated and inspired to work hard and maximize my potential and I could not complete this journey without their love and support.
