Kevin England

Vice President and Senior Change Consultant
Bank of America

Kevin England is a Vice President and Senior Change Consultant at Bank of America. In this role, he is responsible for helping executives and managers evaluate skill proficiency within a major technology systems conversion project, identifying learning solutions to address uncovered skill gaps, and managing budget and logistics for training around the world. He also provides ongoing organizational effectiveness coaching to teammates at all levels, helping leaders and teammates collaborate more effectively as an engaged and cohesive group.

Other responsibilities since joining the bank in 2005 have included managing and redesigning the new-hire experience (recruiting, classroom training, and on-the-job training) at multiple contact centers nationwide, driving employee satisfaction and engagement, developing and facilitating career development programs, and managing reporting and analytics across multiple fulfillment centers. In addition, Kevin has been a leader in Diversity & Inclusion programs and employee networks for several years now, earning recognition within the company and from external diversity organizations for his efforts to help create a workplace where all teammates can bring their whole selves to work each day.

When asked to describe his work and expertise, he often calls it "warm hug, touchy-feely, don't you love your job, let's help you do it better, and here's how we can get you that promotion you've been working towards" kind of work. Or, when pressed for time, simply "HR stuff".

Kevin earned his MBA (with a concentration in Human Resources) from the University of Florida, and his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida. He has held a Six Sigma Black Belt certification since 2007 and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification since 2010.
