Allison Sadler

Senior Vice President
Bank of America

Allison Sadler is a Senior Vice President in Bank of America’s Global Treasury Division. Allison has worked with Bank of America for fourteen years. She has held several leadership positions in Global Readiness, Associate Experience, Leadership Development, Personnel and direct oversight of contact center sites. Prior to her joining Bank of America, Allison previously worked for American Express, Kelly Staffing Services and MCI Worldcomm. Allison has held several leadership roles in the organizations and communities that she serves, including Leadership Greensboro, Diversity Council for American Express, Team Bank of America President (Diversity Network, Speakers Network President).

In addition to her corporate service, Allison graduated from St Mary’s University of San Antonio, TX, with Distinguished Honors and a Master’s of Business Administration of Organizational Development. She works with consultants and academics in the community on a regular basis, speaking to organizations on Human Capital. She has served on the Texas Diversity Council Advisory Board and most recently she is assisting with the Mayor’s Education Council and P-16 Initiative for better education in Bexar County.

Allison’s personal pursuits include health and fitness, cultural arts, and surviving her eight year-old son’s golf schedule. Allison resides in North San Antonio where she enjoys the beauty of the hill country.
