Steven Smith

Assistant Professor of Business
Upper Iowa University

Steven Smith is an Assistant Professor of Business at Upper Iowa University. He has over 7 years of teaching a variety of business courses at the university level and maintains the HRM degree program.

Mr. Smith has over 18 years of management experience from frontline to executive level. He spent a large amount of his career developing new positions and departments. He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). He is also a member of the US TAG working with the International Organization for Standards (ISO) to develop international HR standards.

Mr. Smith has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Mount Senario College and a Master of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University.
