Michael Moon

Michael Moon is an Associate in Talent & Development in the Financial & Risk segment at Thomson Reuters. In her role, she studies performance and talent management cycles and identifies opportunities to add value and create efficiencies through improving talent management processes.

Michael's dissertation will focus on how social media can create value in the form of increased social capital and collaboration. She will be using social network analysis to measure characteristics of collaborative networks with a future goal of quantifying the relationships in economic terms.

Michael is an adjunct professor at the New England College of Business teaching courses in HR. She earned a Master of Science in HR from Suffolk University and a Master of Music in Musical Theatre from the Boston Conservatory.
