Michael Wardlaw

Senior Policy Analyst
Navy Recruiting Command

Michael Wardlaw is a Senior Policy Analyst with the Navy Recruiting Command. In this role, Mr. Wardlaw is part of a team challenged to design and build the recruiting force of year 2020 and beyond. He transitioned into this position following a ten-year tour as the Director, Navy Casualty Assistance Division. Mr. Wardlaw completed twenty-six years of active duty with the United States Navy before commencing his civil service career.

Mr. Wardlaw earned a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University and recently completed courses at Memphis Theological Seminary in pursuit of a Master of Arts in Religion. He completed his bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts at Regents College (now Excelsior College).
