Mark Owusu

Spiritual Director
St. Gregory Centers, Inc.

Mark Owusu is the Spiritual Director at St. Gregory Centers, Inc., an organization that operates residential treatment facilities offering options for recovery to people dealing with drug or alcohol dependency. He provides individual spiritual direction, group discussion, mentorship, and leadership to employees, staff, and clients. He also conducts seminars on a variety of topics related to St. Gregory's Recovery Program. As a Catholic priest, he leads both Catholic and non-denominational worship services and assists in community outreach. Before joining St. Gregory, Rev. Owusu was the pastor and the local manager of a cluster of Catholic schools in his parish in Ghana, and was also the Ghanaian liaison for the Ghana Mission at our Lady of Grace Church in Minneapolis.

Rev. Owusu earned his MBA from the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota. He earned a second graduate degree in Education from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in the Study of Religions and Sociology from the University of Ghana. Rev. Owusu attended St. Peter's Regional Seminary for his Theological Studies.
