What I hope to gain from this program:

With the Bellevue program I would like to further my understanding of human capital and how to manage it effectively. The Bellevue program will provide me with the tools to provide better assessment for me to not only become a better employee but also offer training to help make my system a more productive place to work. At the completion of the program I hope to gain full-time employment in higher education as a faculty professor in a business department.
