Ruby Goodwin Snowden

I am a U.S. Navy Veteran. I retired in 2005 with 24 years of faithful service. Since my military background was in HR, I pursued the field in my academic studies as well. I currently work for the Department of Defense (U.S. Navy) in the HR field. My duties include selecting the best candidates to fill positions for the U.S. Navy’s Selection (Promotion) Boards and ensuring Navy’s policies and Title 10 U.S. C. are followed precisely.

What I hope to gain from this program : I hope to gain further knowledge of human capital management and how I can utilize what I gain to assist my organization in its effectiveness in aligning human capital to reach or exceed its goals.
