Mustafa Hazime


Mustafa Hazime lives in Dearborn Heights, MI and graduated from the University of Michigan-Dearborn with a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 2013 he graduated from Central Michigan University with a Masters of Science in HR Administration. He has been a HR Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation since 2013. Prior to beginning his career in human resources, Mustafa spent 8 years in banking managing and leading high performing teams.

Mustafa spends most of his free time with his family, which includes a wonderful wife, Mariam and 3 young children Hanan, Yasmeen and Mahmoud. He enjoys keeping up with political matters, music and is an avid Michigan Wolverines fan.

What I hope to gain from this program:

I hope to gain a variety of different thoughts, theories and ideas to help me understand the workforce problems of today. I am excited to engage others on the subject of human capital and learn how best to increase productivity and employee engagement. My primary goal is to become an external change consultant helping organizations solve complex human capital problems.
